Grinsty Rail is pleased to announce the addition of Naim Kapadia to the team as the new Head of Engineering.
Naim brings to Grinsty Rail a wealth of experience and expertise, having spent the last 11 years working and leading the Electronics Research & Development team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre. His 25 years in electronic manufacturing have seen him work with contract manufacturers and PCB fabricators alike; pioneering developments such as Surface Mount Technology and lead-free implementations.
But that’s not all – Naim is also an industry leader when it comes to embracing technological advancements for electronics and 3D Electronics. He’s an active public speaker, technology evangelist, and contributor to many tech publications – making him a great asset to our organisation!
We are beyond thrilled to welcome Naim Kapadia to our team, and we cannot wait to see what he brings to the table – helping us towards embracing the future of our industry!
