Stepping Up Our Growth Strategy
Aligned with our company’s plans to expand, we’ve made a strategic appointment that underscores our commitment to future growth. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Scott will be joining us from Monday, 12th February 2024. He will take on the role of Business Development Manager, initially serving in our interiors division.
Expanding Our Reach
Paul will not only support any Interiors opportunities but also represent Grinsty Rail’s electronics division. Reporting directly to David Brookes, Paul will work hand-in-hand with our management team to develop and grow the rail business. His focus will be on consolidating current business levels while branching out into new customers and markets.
Leveraging Industry Experience
With vast experience in the rail industry sector, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. He has held successful business development roles in renowned companies such as IM Kelly, Kiel Seating, Grammar, and Chapman Seating. His seasoned expertise will undoubtedly be an asset to our team.
Embracing Remote Work and Field Collaboration
Though Paul will be predominantly home office-based, he will frequently visit our Interiors division in Nottingham and our Head Office in Redditch. We are looking forward to his collaborative involvement across our divisions.
